Hailing from Sarasota, Florida, Olivia Millin is quickly carving out a name for herself in the music scene. With a deep-rooted love for music from the age of five, Olivia’s journey began in church choirs, where she founded a youth choir and performed solos. Blessed with perfect pitch, her musical talents came naturally, but it was her hard work and dedication that helped her grow as an artist.

"I’ve always had a knack for music," Olivia shares, "but I put in a lot of effort, from writing harmonies to composing orchestral pieces in high school."

Creating Her Sound

Olivia’s creative process is meticulous yet spontaneous. She starts with the melody, then builds the backing track, leaving the harmonies to develop naturally while in the studio. Her musical influences, including Lady Gaga’s daring lyrics and Yoasobi’s powerful, genre-bending sound, have shaped her unique approach.

Her latest single, "Start Again," initially created in 2021, underwent a transformation in 2024 with the addition of Japanese lyrics, a nod to her growing fluency in the language.

Connecting with Audiences

Known for her high-energy performances, Olivia focuses on creating a connection with her audience, aiming to inspire through every show. "I want my performances to be filled with hope and energy," she explains. Her most memorable career moment so far? The production of her first music video, "Be With Me," which was a defining experience for Olivia.

Overcoming Challenges

Like many artists, Olivia has faced rejection in the industry, often being told that her sound didn’t fit in with mainstream trends. "Instead of fitting in, I decided to create my own path," Olivia says. This rejection fueled her drive to continue evolving and pushing boundaries.

Olivia is gearing up for a busy year, with three new songs set for release before Thanksgiving and a music video dropping in the spring. Her goal is to inspire listeners, helping them find comfort and connection through her music.
